As Volpi Group moves into its next chapter, I am happy to share that I have accepted the position of Chairman. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Christoph Duermueller, who has served as Chairman for many years. He will continue his association with Volpi Group as Vice Chairman. This transition marks the beginning of a new phase of growth for Volpi. We have significantly expanded our R&D team and are excited to welcome our new Head of R&D, Francisco Faoro. His extensive medical device experience, including roles at Straumann Group and Zimmer Biomet, will be invaluable as we chart our path forward.
Volpi Group has made significant investments in expanding its capabilities in creating customer value. Most recently, we enlarged our wet labs and will soon offer software services integrated with AI. As a provider of optical-based systems in the IVD and LS markets, we are well-positioned to deliver even more impactful data solutions for our customers. Furthermore, we will introduce an Advisory Board to bring additional industry expertise into our operations.
